How do I get and paste my Deriv API token?
On Deriv: app.deriv.com/account/api-token → Create new token → pick Demo or Real → enable Trade (required) and Account management (recommended) → copy the token immediately. On RCF: Dashboard → Connect Deriv → paste → Link Account. Step-by-step: /user-guide.
I didn't get my OTP email — what now?
Wait 60 seconds and tap Resend on the verify-OTP page. Check Spam. If the second one also doesn't arrive within 2 minutes, drop us an email and we'll resend manually.
My Deriv connection failed.
Create a new token at app.deriv.com/account/api-token with Trade enabled (Account management recommended). On the dashboard, pick Demo or Real to match your token, tap Connect Deriv, paste the token, and link. Full guide: /user-guide.
How does copy sizing work?
Copying is proportional to the master automatically — your trade size scales with your Deriv balance vs the master's. You can only configure a Stop-Loss as a % of your balance.
How do I cash out my profits?
Withdraw from Deriv to a stablecoin wallet (USDT/USDC), then either convert via Crypto><Cash Fiats (Symlix P2P) or top up Crypto-Visa (PokePay).
